Most degrees take 4–7 years, why do you think you will get trading your first year? The goal should be to learn an edge and self discipline, if you do that the results will follow.
It will take 3 to 6 months to learn an edge. 1-2 years to understand price action. 2 plus years for your psychology to start actually developing and you becoming disciplined. It is not a get rich quick scheme. There are levels to this game.
Only the market can teach you about the market. You can speed up the process by surrounding yourself with a supporting community for sure but you can not avoid the learning about your limits, emotions and the discipline part. No one can help you with that. Surround yourself with 5 winners and you will be the next. We are products of our environments, make sure you pick yours wisely.
Don’t give up if you don;t see results right away. Any hardship can be over come. Most people quit too soon.
